Zon Call operates with a zero-tolerance policy against fraud and non-compliant marketing practices. All publishers must adhere to federal and state laws regarding telemarketing and advertising.

TCPA & DNC Compliance

If you are running outbound campaigns or SMS marketing to generate inbound calls, you must comply fully with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry. You must have documented proof of consent (opt-in) from consumers.

Prohibited Practices

Spoofing: Falsifying Caller ID information is strictly illegal.
Incentivized Calls: Paying or offering rewards to users to call our numbers.
Misleading Ads: Promising services or discounts that the advertiser does not offer.
Robocalls: Using automated dialing systems with pre-recorded messages without consent.

Failure to comply with these rules will lead to the withholding of all funds and immediate termination of the partnership.
